Nkongsamba: Two abandoned children found in a bag

Two unidentified abandoned kids have been found in a bag in Nkongsamba, Littoral Region of Cameroon.

The children were found by a man whose name we got as Emmanuel at 11:00PM. Emmanuel is in charge of the “Art de la miséricorde social center” in Nkongsamba.

According to Emmanuel, he found the two children, in a bag, at the entrance to his office. “The bag equally contained a letter, but with no address,” he testified.

After the shocking discovery, Emmanuel resorted to alerting neighbors.

The children were then taken to the police station, after which they were rushed to the District Hospital for medical check-up.

They are presently at the social center in Nkongsamba, where they are being taken care of.

Meanwhile Investigations have been launched to unveil the identity of the parents.
