Community schools that came in to existence given that the current war in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon which has affected education will not exist come next accademic year.
During the sector conference to launch the new school year, Thursday August 25, 2022, Basic education stakeholders said all the primary community schools in the region are illegal and will not be tolerated.
One of the education stakeholders at the level of the region said “all the children will be educated and evaluated based on standards set put in place by the government of Cameroon.”
Parents have been advised to stay away from such schools.
