One dead, others injured in Bamenda -Yaounde road accident

One person has died and four others receiving healthcare in hospital after they were involved in an accident in Banjoun, West region last night.

They had been returning from a funeral when their vehicle collided with a Moghamo Travel Agency bus that had left Yaounde for Bamenda, MMI gathered.

“All passengers of moghamo are fine but for one person with a cut on the hands,” the source told us.

While the Moghamo bus lost some seats and had a shattered windshield, the smaller car was completely crushed.

Passengers of the bus were compelled to seek other alternatives to get to their destination, as the bus remained grounded by the side of the road.
