Cameroon Prime Minister, Head of Government, Philemon Yang is at the head of a CPDM delegation in Bamenda today to launch campaigns for candidate Paul Biya.
The head of the North West regional CPDM campaign team, Philemon Yang, and the Permanent Secretary of the CPDM Mezam Divisional Coordination, Paul Atanga Nji, are in Bamenda to defend Paul Biya’s candidacy for a 7th mandate.
Addressing militants of the CPDM at the Bamenda Congress Hall today, PM Yang advised them to avoid public gatherings and to carry out a door-to-door campaign.
Philemon Yang described other candidates as novices and the incumbent as the most experienced candidate who can move the nation forward.
Though the kick off unfolded hitch free, the ghost town was observed in several part of the town as locals opted to stay indoors.
Philemon Yang installed the following divisional campaign heads for the October 7, 2018 presidential election:
