President Paul Biya has addressed a congratulatory message to Cameroonian international boxer, Francis Nganou.
In the message read on state radio Tuesday, March 30, 2021, Paul Biya says Francis Nganou has made the country proud by emerging World Heavy Weight Champion and by being the first African to attain that level in boxing.
To president Paul Biya, Francis Nganou, therefore, becomes one of the Cameroonian sportspersons who have made the country proud.
Pundits think the government of president Paul Biya has been hostile towards Cameroonian illegal migrants while at the same time doing little to encourage talents of young Cameroonians in different sport disciplines.
