Sanaga-Maritime SDO advices population to ignore social media conspiracies, take COVID-19 vaccine

The vaccination campaign against the Coronavirus has already taken effect in several regions and divisions across the country.

However, there is growing scepticism amongst civilians with several conspiracy theories being spread to prevent persons from going for the vaccine.

In the Sanaga Maritime, Littoral Region, the Senior Divisional Officer, Cyrille Yvan Abondo has encouraged civilians to go for the vaccine available in health establishments.

He has also asked people to ignore all social media antics and conspiracies about the Covid-19 vaccines. The S.D.O has equally elaborated on the immense dangers that the carriers of the virus pose to themselves, given its deadly effects to individuals and society.
