SDF mourns Again

Militants of the Social Democratic Front, SDF, and the people of the Bamenda II subdivision in Mezam are mourning the death of their former mayor, Balick Awah Fidelis.

Balick Awah Fidelis, Former Mayor of Bamenda 2 Council, died last night in his house at age of 70.

He lost his position as mayor on the SDF ticket during the last municipal and legislative elections wherein the SDF suffered a heavy defeat from the CPDM, the rolling party.

He shall be missed as a development-oriented mayor especially for the introduction of small money big change that completely revolutionized the municipality during his tenure of office.

His death adds to the list of SDF officials from the region who have bowed to death recently. Barrister Sama Francis, SDF party lawyer, Mbah Ndam, and others.
