Solomon Amabo Gets Prestigious Swedish Scholarship

South African-based Cameroonian Investigative Journalist, Solomon Amabo has been awarded a Swedish Institute (SI) scholarship.

He was selected for the SI Scholarships for Global Professionals, to study for a Master’s Degree in Investigative Journalism at the University of Gothenburg.

Amabo emerged among the top 70 of the 350 shortlisted participants. A total of 8000 candidates from 34 different nations applied for the prestigious scholarship.
