The Minister of Communication, Issa Tchiroma Bakary has criticised Radio France International RFI of trying to destabilise Cameroon by relaying what he called unfounded views of the Douala Archbishop, Samuel Kleda.
The Government Spokesperson said the declaration of Archbishop Samuel Kleda who questioned Paul Biya’s victory in some regions is baseless.
Speaking to the state media hours after Kleda’s, he cautioned RFI to stop giving the opportunity to candidates who are painting a different picture of the existing reality in Cameroon.
Samuel Kleda termed Biya’s victory in the conflict hit North West and South West, and unstable Far North regions as impossible.
