A student of the University of Yaounde I in Cameroon’s capital has died after sustaining knife wounds.
The girl whose name MMI got as Mikelle Mpena Lado was stabbed by armed robbers as she returned from school around Canal Olympia, not too far away from the university campus.
The student of Biochemistry was reportedly rushed to CHU in a bid to rescue her. But it was too late when they got there as her condition had gotten worse. Doctors say she had lost a lot of blood.
