Tragic Incident at Divine Providence Orphanage in Bafoussam


An unfortunate incident occurred at the Divine Providence orphanage in Bafoussam, Mifi Division on the evening of Thursday, August 29, 2024. An incident of severe violence involving a 10-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy has been reported at the orphanage. The girl had been living at the orphanage for around six months.

Based on preliminary reports, it is alleged that the young girl committed a horrific act of mutilation on the toddler, severing his hands and then forcing him into a toilet. The reason for this terrible act is still unknown, and authorities are currently looking into the details of the incident.
