Truck crushes three persons to death in Bamenda

A truck has crushed at least three persons to death at the New Road vicinity in Bamenda, Mezam division of the North West region.




The incident happened moments ago.




Reports hold that, the truck believed to have suffered a break failure lost its way crushing its victims to death beyond recognition.





The truck was descending from the Up station neighborhood through Newroad when it crushed a motor bike that had three persons onboard.




Those who were in the truck have been rushed to a health facility for treatment.



Some of those who were in the truck are said to be in critical condition.




“I am not even sure they will survive taken in to consideration the degree of damage the vehicle suffered. The brain of the biker could be seen scattered on the road,” resident who said he witnessed the accident told MMI.
