Cameroon security forces have neutralized a female suicide bomber in the country’s Far North Region.

She was killed during an incursion by the Boko Haram terrorist group in Mayo Moskota, Mayo Tsanaga Division some 400 meters from the Nigerian border.

They had launched an attack on the night of December 16 breaking Thursday, December 17, when members of the Cameroon military retaliated.

The lady said to be in her early twenties was neutralized before she could get far into Cameroon territory.

She had explosives strapped to her waist, apparently ready to detonate herself at any moment.
