West Region: Commercial bike rider hits 6-year-old pupil, dumps body

A commercial bike rider has been arrested for knocking down a 6-year-old pupil to death and dumping the corpse.

The incident took place in Bafemgha, West Region of Cameroon.

The lifeless body of the child was found on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at about 6:00 PM.

According to a local source: “the biker hit the child to death and resorted to dumping the corpse behind a school building in the locality.”

Investigations later led to his arrest and he was detained at the Mbouda Gendarmerie station.

Meanwhile, the corpse of the young boy is still at the mortuary, pending burial.
