West Region: Man reportedly dies by hangimg in Mbouda, circumstances surrounding death still unanswered

A man is reported to have committed suicide by hanging himself on a pear tree in Mbouda, West Region of Cameroon.

The lifeless body of the man, said to be in his thirties was discovered hanging on a pear tree in a neighborhood in Mbouda by locals some hours after he must have committed the act.

The deceased was snnounced missing since last night and was unreachable after an outing with his friends according to Radio Balafon. “It was finally this morning that a neighbor alerted by the ringing of her cell phone fell on his lifeless body.” A radio report revealed.

The circumstances surrounding the suicidal act are however yet to be made known.
