West Region: Suspected murderer of commercial bike rider burnt to death

A young man by name Romarus suspected to be at the origin of the death of a commercial biker has been burnt to death in Bagangte, in the West Region.

The young commercial biker was killed on November 23 and buried in the farms to eliminate all traces of the murder.

According to bike riders of the locality, they were fed up with the molestations and killings of their colleagues.

“We lose our brothers every time. I was a victim last year, my bike was taken away from me after snake beatings,” revealed a commercial biker adding, “They gave me marks on my body, I am wounded all over my body.”

A similar situation happened to their colleague but he didn’t make it out alive.
“He did not return home on Monday and Tuesday. It’s on Wednesday that started looking for him before discovering he had been killed,” narrated the cousin of the deceased.

The corpse of the victim was later put in a coffin and prepared for proper burial at the Bagante council cemetery in the presence of friends, relatives, and bike riders.
