Why is humanity wicked? – Late Cabrel’s Partner in Emotional Video

The partner of late Cabrel Nanjip Nyamton has said that many people wanted him dead. In an emotional live video on Facebook watched by tens of thousands, Laure Moa Minga said she had been receiving news of Cabrel’s death, even days before his demise.

“You premeditated his death. You kept putting up posts and sending messages saying he died; you are all responsible,” Minga cried out.

Cabrel Nanjip Nyamton died in an accident on Thursday, June 15th, 2023. His vehicle was reportedly crushed by a truck in Boumnyebel as he travelled to Yaoundé from Douala.

“You all wanted him dead; you hated him. Why, why? You insulted him. Do you know depression is real and kills?” Minga said, as she cried inconsolably.

Minga has also described Cabrel as her mentor and love of her life. Meanwhile, the duo, followed by millions of Cameroonians, have featured in several comic skits, movies and online contents.

Minga stated that she has yet to accept Cabrel’s permanent departure.

“I am still waiting for you to give me a call, Cabrel. I am waiting; please give me a ring,” she continued.

The body of Cabrel has however, been deposited at the Edea Hospital Mortuary.

He died aged 33.
