Wife connives with lover to kill husband with help of soldiers in Loum

A man has been tortured to death after catching his wife on their matrimonial bed.

The shocking and crowd-pulling incident, occurred in Loum, Littoral Region of Cameroon.

The victim, Sylvain Fofou arrived home on April 6, 2023, and was shocked to find his wife with her lover, a witness told MMI this morning.

“…Sylvain saw his wife on his bed with another man, and decided to confront him. The cutlass he was holding injured the wife’s lover, who decided to call his friends in the military,” our source told us.

Tortured to death

It took barely a few minutes for the three military friends of Sylvain’s ‘intruder’ to arrive his home.

He was then dragged to a unknown location out of his home and brutally beaten — until he was on the verge of death. “That is when he was taken to the Loum Gendarmerie,” our source narrated.

“The Brigade commander said Sylvain arrived the unit in very deplorable state, vomiting blood,” continued our source.

“He was only taken to the hospital after his condition deteriorated and he was unconscious.

Reports say Sylvain’s wife has been apprehended while her lover, and his three military friends, are still on the run.

“I will confront any man I find with my wife just like Sylvain did, but little did he know that this will cost him his life, it is so sad,” concluded our source whom alongside other Loum residents had gathered at the Brigade seeking answers and asking for justice.
