Wum Boils Again As Three Corpses Of Fulani Men Found

Tension has again erupted in Wum, the divisional headquarters of Menchum, North West Region of Cameroon.

The town which has been enjoying a “relative peace” today witnessed rising tension following the discovery of the corpses of some fulani men.

This was after four of them were abducted by armed men, believed to be Separatists, on Saturday July 24, and taken to an unknown destination.

Sources say heavy gun shots were heard, Monday July 25.

It is not clear the men were killed following confrontations between the kidnappers and uniform officers in the area.
