Fungnam Rene Kum, the Head Teacher of Government School, G.S Kong, in the Wum Subdivision, North West Region has been butchered by unidentified men. He was killed on October 5, 2021 in the night.
Neighbors of Mr Fungnam Rene say gunshots were heard at about 9pm on the day of his demise.
“We did not know where they came from or who they were. We simply remained indoors,” a witness told MMI.
Moments after the gunshots, reports say a boy who lives with Fungnam Rene alerted his neighbors about the tragedy.
The Head Teacher, it was discovered, was killed by gunmen and some parts of his body were cut off by the assailants. The mortal remains of the the Head Teacher is in his home, awaiting burial.
The identity of the murderers remain unknown.
