Yaounde: 15-year-old hits couple to death with parents’ car

A 15-year-old student of ‘collège de la Retraite’ in Yaounde, Centre Region of Cameroon has hit a couple to death with his parents’ car, MMI has learned.

The tragic incident took place on Friday, February 10, 2023, behind the Yaounde Hilton Hotel.

According to reports, the two victims who died on the spot were a couple who happened to be on board their vehicle at the time of the incident.

The young student on his part was on board his parents’ vehicle alongside 5 other friends said to be aged between 14 and 16.

Three of the children among whom was the 15-year-old student sustained severe injuries and is currently receiving medical attention.
