Young man murdered, his bike stolen in Nkongsamba

Sekamte Roger’s body was discovered lying in a bushy area on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

A group of unidentified men had reportedly murdered murdered him and made away with his motorcycle.

The ‘bloody scene’ took place in Ekate, a locality in Nkongsamba, Littoral Region of Cameroon.

“His attackers took to their heels, leaving the victim lying in his own pool of blood,” a source told MMI.

It is not clear how the victim was killed, but authorities who visited the incident site have opened investigations.

In recent weeks, several murder cases have been reported in cities across Cameroon, under the helpless gaze of the populations.
