10 lives spared after vehicle tumbles along Kumba-Buea road

Some 10 lives have been spared after a transport vehicle lost control along the Kumba-Buea road this morning.

All 10 passengers alongside the driver survived the accident with at least one person injured.

According to the driver, whose name was gotten as Chimezie, he was descending a hill at a slow pace when the vehicle started “misbehaving” and suddenly became uncontrollable.

Efforts to stabilize the car were futile and they tumbled by the roadside.

He said it was neither over speeding nor negligence on his part but the accident was incomprehensible.
