12-year old boy who went cracking stones for survival returns to school

12-year-old Ndawa Precious is back in school. Months ago, the little boy was spotted breaking rocks at a quarry in Mbengwi, North West region due to lack of finances.

Thanks to the African Women and Children Empowerment Initiative (AWCEI) and persons of goodwill, Precious is once more attending school like the rest of his peers.

“We have succeeded to get Precious enrolled for this school year. We hope we can progressively help him realise his dreams” States EWCEI.
