Hon. Nzocke Diboumba Simon Honoré has just been sworn in as the new village chief of Bwang Bakoko in Cameroon’s commercial city of Douala. He’s the youngest chief in the Wouri area, and he’s only 23 years old.
Honoré got his law degree from the University of Yaoundé II.
He cares deeply about the people of Bwang Bakoko, and he plans to devote himself to helping them through community development.
Honoré, in his inaugural speech, vowed to foster harmony and cooperation among residents. He also stated that he would do what he could to improve Bwang Bakoko’s healthcare and educational facilities.
The town greatly celebrated Honoré’s enthronement as chief. Hundreds of individuals showed up, including politicians, elders, and curious onlookers.
