Deliverance services and “Demon Casting” have become usual happenings in the new generation churches splattered in major towns across the country, but having a “Man of God” who finds common grounds with an alleged demonic spirit is unusual.

In a video that has made rounds on social media, a certain man of God Called Pastor Ngoa Atangana Boniface launched an avalanche of damaging attacks on Anglophones and Bamilekes in Cameroon.

It began when the pastor, in a usual interactive form with a supposedly possessed Christian, agreed when the seemingly possessed individual told the pastor Bamilekes in Cameroon needed to be gotten rid of.

“Indeed those Bamileke Spirits and Anglophones really do need to be subdued,” the pastor replied in agreement with the alleged spirit.

“And the Bamilekes can never take over power in this country. That will never happen,” the pastor declared much to the delight of his church members who applauded his utterances.

“If you are a Bamileke here in this church, then you need to repent for real and separate yourself from the Bamileke Spirit…,” he continued. The pastor went on in a rather disturbing chat with the alleged spirit believed to be speaking from within the woman being “delivered”.

In complete agreement with what the pastor was saying, the possessed woman told the pastor “When the Bamileke man wants to get you, he will do anything to give you the impression of being with you, even if it meant rolling on the ground for you.”

The pastor also went further to victimize Anglophones in a usual manner of mockery that Anglophones have long cried against marginalization. He told his Christians in French “L’esprit Anglophone comprend toujour a gauche.”

Pastor Ngoa Atangana Boniface told his Christians Anglophones in Cameroon suffered from an inferiority complex. “They always assume that they are always being marginalized. It’s a very bad spirit,” he said to his Christians, who reciprocated with applauds.

“It is a spirit of misunderstanding, they don’t understand things the way they are supposed to. They decipher things the opposite way,” he told continued.

Many Cameroonians have called for the immediate arrest of the pastor and the closure of his church by the state.

An anonymous user on Facebook said it was more important to arrest such preachers of hate than citizens without ID Cards like it is the norm today.
