Renowned Cameroonian preacher and philanthropist, Apostle John Chi, has offered huge material and financial assistance to cholera victims in Limbe, Fako division of the South West region.
Apostle John Chi who is the founder of the Ark of God Covenant Mission, AGCOM, was in Limbe recently. Accompanied by his collaborators and truckloaded with materials, John Chi visited the Bota District Hospital and health officials in the city.
The donation offered was worth seven million FCFA. He also gave cholera patients a financial package of 3,000,000 FCFA. According to the well-known preacher, “it is a rare privilege to be in the position to give; therefore, we must take advantage of every opportunity we have to use what we have to meet the needs of others”.
He told those attending to cholera victims that, “ministers of God do not compete with medical personnel. Neither do medical personnel compete with ministers of God. Rather, they both complement one another. They render services to God in their respective areas of calling. We treat, but God heals.”.
Besides praying for cholera patients, John Chi reiterated the need for people to always “use what God has placed in our hands to meet people at their point of need”.
Like his late spiritual father Senior Prophet TB Joshua, Apostle John Chi is not new to offering help to the needy in time of need. He did so when COVID-19 was at its peak. The man of God is known for similar actions in several countries around the world.
