The information was confirmed in a press release signed by Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, Minister of state, Secretary General, on Thursday, April 7.
According to the release, the MINFI and the MINSANTE are to secure mechanism for payment of the related costs, in order to ensure the traceability of the resources generated by the measure.
