Douada Foundikou, recently detained for claiming the release of his National Identity Card has gone unconscious a few hours after his release from the Foumbot prison.
He was released from detention yesterday Wednesday, November 8, 2022.
According to reports, Douada went unconscious last evening, a few hours after he left the prison.
“I found him exhausted. He wasn’t uttering a word. I did everything! I even poured him some water,” Douada’s brother, Ibrahim Amadou told Equinox TV in an interview, adding, “I’m now planning to take him to the hospital so they can find out what exactly is wrong.”
The young man was later rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention.
The current state of Douada at the moment is not known by MMI. However, his supposed malaise comes a few days after the demise of his wife while he was in custody.
