The Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform, Joseph Le has received Souleyman, the commercial bike rider who passed the entrance exam into the National School of Administration and Magistracy, ENAM.
The young bike rider was received by the political figure on December 27, 2022.
Also present was the Director General of ENAM, Bertrand Soumbou Angoula.
The young man whose name featured in the 8th position on the list of admitted candidates says he is satisfied with this success which to him sounds like an accomplishment.
“It is for me an incomparable joy to be able to access this school which trains the senior executives of the Cameroonian administration. Many people did not believe it at first, because people have prejudices about this prestigious institution,” Souleyman told the press.
He added,” We had to get down to work and today luck smiled on us “
Son of the Far North, Souleyman hails from a polygamous family.
“No one should despair in our country”, Joseph Le insisted before recalling that the policy of social justice applied by MINFOPRA takes into account the fact that all social strata must be represented in the ENAM competition and other administrative competitions.
Cases of corruption, injustice and abuse of all kinds are however common in the said school considered elitist.
