The theme of the 30th anniversary will be “University of Buea: Impacting the future together through Innovative Solutions”.
The information is contained in a recent release signed by the Vice-Chancellor of the Univerity of Buea, Prof Ngomo Horace.
The two-day celebration according to the release will start on May 25 and end on May 27, 2023, and will take place at the University of Buca campus.
The 30th anniversary will be celebrated under the theme ‘University of Buea: Impacting the future together through Innovative Solutions”.
The main activities of the celebration according to the release will include: “Sporting activities, Community Human Investment, Open Day, Alumni Conference, Exhibitions, Ilistorical overview of UB, Fundraising for projects earmarked, Research and Outreach activities, and Anniversary Ceremony.”
Staff and students have been called upon to participate actively during the celebrations.
