A 13-year-old boy is reported to have hanged himself to death in Ndu Subdivision of the Northwest Region on Sunday, May 7.
A resident of Ndu said they found his body dangling on a rope under a tree in the Ntantalla neighborhood after he went missing.
Reports say he had attempted to stab himself on Saturday after he was accused of stealing a phone from a customer he had carried on a motorcycle.
He had however denied the accusations.
Many have continued to doubt that he took his own life, considering his tender age. The boy was buried afterward.
