Olivier Nyokon, the first vice-president of the regional Littoral Karate league has died in a road accident in the Centre region of Cameroon.
Mr Nyokon was said to be at the wheel of his car, on his way to Obala in the Centre region of Cameroon when he was victim of the ghastly road accident which cost his life on the spot.
Dongmo Bertin, the President of the Cameroonian Karate Federation on his social media page expressed his sorrow following the “disappearance of this tireless Karate worker”.
“I add my voice to those of all the grieving souls, to send deep condolences to his wife as well as to the other members of the biological family,” he wrote.
He equally urged members and other sympathizers of the federation to mobilize for the organization of the funeral of the deceased.
