According to a witness, the boy was returning from Bali on Saturday when they were stopped at Mile 90, Nsongwa by the military.

They were asked to identify themselves but only the boy had an identity card.

“They were then asked to sit on the tar and after some minutes, the biker got up and started running after they were asked to pay some money,” our source narrates.

“The uniform men chased and shot at him but he manage to escape… They then fell on the guy and got him well beaten, inflicting cuts on his legs and under his feet.”
