Ambazonian Fighters in Bali Nyonga dubbed “The Bali Buffalos” have sent a clear message to the Presbyterian Church in Bali Nyonga, specifying that it has been banned from the town following an attack at the Presbyterian Church Ntanfoang last Sunday.
The ban, they say, will stay till the Moderator of the PCC and Reverend Pastor Simon Montoh resign from their functions, after the pair failed to accuse the military as those responsible for the attack which killed Ma Numvi Grace at the church.
In an audio circulating on social media, a representative of the “Bali Buffalos” say Reverend Samuel Fonki and the pastor of PCC Ntanfoang have betrayed the mission of the church, which is to uphold justice and truth at all times, by not calling out the military for the attack on the church in Ntanfoang, Bali Nyonga, despite a greater majority of the church members doing so.
“Christians of the parish have testified the truth, other pastors have said the same thing, but the pastor PCC Ntanfoang and the PCC Moderator have told lies because they have been compromised. We thereby ban th Presbyterian Church from Bali till Reverend Pastor Fonki Samuel and Reverend Simon Montoh have resigned from the leadership of the church ” it was declared.
With this, a clear threat was equally sent to the Presbyterian Christians of Bali Nyonga to adhere to the rules, or face the consequences.
It was however made clear that the ban only included the Presbyterian Church in Bali, with other church denominations cleared to worship as has been done.
Meanwhile, the parishioner who was shot and killed by alleged Government forces was buried yesterday in a ceremony officiated by Reverend Vomah Simon Montoh, who was equally shot on the arm during the church attack.
