The Head of the Ayah Foundation, Ayah Ayah Abine has reacted to the the final summons handed to Former Vision 4TV, Journalist, Ernest Obama.
The Head of the Humanitarian Organisation has vowed to get justice against Ernest Obama, Jean Pierre Amougou Belinga, Dr. Success Nkongho and a host of others who have propagated accusations against the Organisation. They had accused the humanitarian body of trafficking arms to separatist fighters in the Northwest and Southwest regions.
The main persons behind the rumours, Ayah Ayah explained, were Dr. Success Nkongho and Njume Frankline through whom Ernest Obama had based his stories on Vision 4 TV.
“On the L’Anecdote Newspaper and Vision 4 TV, two media organs which all belong to Jean Pierre Amougou Belinga, it was said that we bought arms and distributed to Ambazonians” he explained.
The said case has been dragging on for almost two years:
“The Case has been on for over 19 months, since January 2020. It was only last month that the judges said the case was going to be heard. They had tried several times to throw the case out of court to no avail” Ayah revealed.
Despite Ernest Obama’s conspicuous absences from the court summons, curiously enough, the Anecdote Group boss, Amougou Belinga has often sent his legal team to represent him at the court.
The Head of the Ayah Foundation has equally promised not to stop at Obama, as he intends to turn his focus to other ‘witch hunters’ such as Dr. Success Nkongho and Njume Frankline as soon as the case with the Vision 4 TV Journalist gets ironed out.
