The Ayah Foundation has announced that it will be taking in more refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs at its Buea headquarters.
“We are hoping to bring in more refugees and displaced people this year as soon as we source out the budget” the humanitarian organization States.
In addition to its several humanitarian works in the Anglophone regions, the Foundation has also put up another structure at Loum.
The Foundation has been housing displaced girls, providing everything for them including allowances, education and feeding.
The humanitarian NGO has carried out series of outreach programs in neighbouring Nigeria where hundreds of English-speaking Cameroonians are seeking refuge.
