A young Cameroonian by the name of Nicolas Egbe residing in Bahrain has been detained by the police after creating a scene in a church esplanade.
According to sources, Nicolas Egbe suffers from a mental disorder that might have been a result of trauma.
It is reported that after church service, they stood by the roadside, waiting for a vehicle to transport them back home when he suddenly began sounding and acting strange.
“out of a sudden, he started sounding strange saying he wants to go to the USA, that is where he belongs and that is where his kingdom is,” a source told MMI.
He later began biting a staff of the hotel in which the church was located, who in turn called on the police, leading to Egbe’s arrest.
In a video, the young man could be seen being held down by several persons as he screamed “Jesus! I must take all my nations! My people must be free! No matter what.”
The pastor in charge of the church revealed that all efforts to access Egbe have been futile.
They have therefore called on persons, capable of identifying the young man, to endeavor to contact his family members.
