Bamenda: Jet set proprietor released

The proprietor of jet set Nchinda Yemeni Sylvain has finally been released from the captivity.

He was kidnapped by gunmen two weeks ago from his building material store at mobile Nkwen Bamenda III.

All attempts to get him freed failed during his first week in captivity, despite all underground negotiations.

He spent two weeks, two days in the captivity of alleged Amba fighters in the locality of Bafut in Mezam division.

Sources reveal he was tortured in captivity and on several occasions accused of being a Bamelike from the west region. He was welcomed back home today Wednesday April 27th 2021 by his workers, friends and quarter members.
