Bamenda: military deactivates explosive device



An Improvised Explosive Device has been found and deactivated by military forces in Bamenda, North West Region.

The device was reportedly detected at Mobile Nkwen today Friday, July 29, 2022, causing panic in the locality.

The identity of the person or persons who placed the explosive device is not known.

It should be recalled that for many months now, separatist fighters have embarked on using explosive devices to attack armed forces and instill fear in the civilian population.
