A communique signed by the Governor of the South West region, Bernard Okalia Bilai, indicates that the launch of the revised version of President Paul Biya’s book, “For Communal Liberalism” will take place in Buea this Friday, September 21.

The book presents the program of operation of CPDM candidate Paul Biya for the next 7 years . It remains unknown whether Paul Biya will be present but observers say it could also be a way of launching CPDM campaigns in the South West Region.

Arts and Culture Minister, Prof. Narcisse Mouelle Kombi, is expected to present the book to the audience of the region.
