Breaking: Brigade Commander Shot Dead In Bamenda By Separatists

Reports say Separatist fighters have just shot dead the Commander of the Gendarmerie Brigade in Mile Four Nkwen, Bamenda in Cameroon’s restive North West Region.

The Brigade Commander commonly called, Ajoliva Akembe was shot this evening in Mbessi Quarter, our source in Bamenda three confirmed.

Ajoliva and his colleagues were reportedly on a mission in Bamenda three to track down Separatists who have been fighting for an independent state called ‘Ambazonia’ — when they were ambushed.

“The authorities of Bamenda three council have confirmed his death,” our source told us.

His body has been taken to the mortuary.
