One feared dead as explosion injures several in Bamenda

An explosion that rocked a popular bar located below the Regional Hospital in Bamenda this Saturday evening is reported to have injured several people, with one person feared dead.

The sound from the blast reverberated across the neighborhood moments after 8 pm. The injured have been rushed to the nearby Bamenda Regional Hospital.

This comes barely two weeks after security forces safely detonated a locally made explosive device placed at Meta Quarter, Bamenda.
