“Bush faller” arrested, undergoes compulsory coronavirus test

A Cameroonian who recently returned from abroad arrested and taken to the hospital for a compulsory coronavirus test.

This happened in Nkongsamba in the Moungo division- Littoral region at the weekend.

Residents alerted security forces of the presence of the man in the quarter after all efforts to let him take a voluntary test failed. It is then that the SDO of Moungo division brought in military men that arrested the man.

A lady said to have been lodging the “bush faller” willingly accepted to be tested and sources claim she was already having some symptoms of the virus.

Government has been calling on Cameroonians to report anyone that recently came into the Country.
