PWD Social Club of Bamenda, defending champions of Cameroons elite one championship have qualified for the semi-finals of the Cup of Cameroon this season.
The Northwest elite one side grabbed the last semi-finals ticket Sunday, July 25 in Bafoussam after beating Avion Academy of Nkam.
Two second half goals in quick succession from Mael Dindjeke without any reply from Avion gave the Abakwa Boys a two goals victory in the match.
The Abakwa Boys, PWD Bamenda will take on Union Sportive of Douala in the semi-finals on a date to be announced.
In the other semi finals, Coton Sport of Garoua will take on Astres of Douala.
Fans and supporters of the club in Bamenda are mobilising to fan the club to more victory as they expect the team to emerge champions again this year.
