Four persons have reportedly died in a car crash at the Mbe cliff in Ngaoundéré, Adamawa region of Cameroon. 31 others aboard the 70 seater bus also recieved serious injuries and are receiving treatment at the Ngaoundéré Regional Hospital.

A form five student of CCAST Bambili has survived mob justice after she was caught stealing an iPhone in Bambili. The Form Five student was later rescued by some locals after she was given “a public beating of her life.”

The consumption of pork has drastically dropped in Cameroon’s North West Region. Many are scared as the swine fever has caused the death of many pigs. Residents suggest the “meat being sold in markets and shops comes from dead pigs.”

Influential women from the restive North West region of Cameroon are due to meet in Yaounde tomorrow in the first ever national convention for peace in the country.
