Lawyers of CRM party militants incarcerated after last September protests have washed their hands off the case. The Lawyers say that justice is being intentionally obstructed.


Six persons have been arrested in Ngaoundéré by the forces of law and order. The group, with origins from the Central African Republic, is believed to be at the heart of numerous atrocities in the town, including kidnappings.


Minister Paul Atanga Nji has warned civilians against engaging into physical confrontations with the forces of law and order. It comes after a current spree of ugly exchanges with uniform men trended on social media.


Transport Minister, Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe today suspended the driving license of a Buca Voyages bus driver for over speeding. The minister himself stopped the car along National Road N°3 between Kemlock and Matomb.


Targeted kidnapping of lecturers and staff of the University of Bamenda has heightened this week. Many fear it might jeopardize school return in the university.


Separatist fighters in Bambui have announced the Bambui- Kom road will not be open this weekend. Drivers plying the road say they are frustrated as they will not have the opportunity to fend for their families.
