Five plantation workers of the Cameroon Development Corporation, (CDC) have been abducted by men believed to be separatist fighters.
They were picked up as they worked on the field in Tiko, a town in the conflict-plagued South West Region.
The CDC which is Cameroon’s second highest employer after government has nearly been brought to its knees by the five-year-long armed conflict.
It’s workers have often been abducted and its property damaged by separatists.
