Cameroonian Artist “Lil Love” Rescues 14-year-old Boy on the Brink of Death

By M.K

Popular Cameroonian artist, Lil Love has received some plaudits after he heroically saved a 14-year-old boy from the hands of a murderer yesterday in the city of Yaounde, in the Centre region.

The artist is reported to have swung in on time, as the boy was being strangled to death by a furious man, who had picked up a fight with the minor at a car park, around the Cité des Palmiers area.

Sources close to Lil Love revealed exclusively to Mimi Mefo Info, that the artist was on his way to a recording studio when he was suddenly pulled by a 7-year-old kid, who pleaded with him to come to save his brother’s life.

“…Without second thoughts, Lil Love followed the boy into a local car park and saw a middle-aged man strangling the life out of the teenager, who at that point was now unconscious,” a close associate revealed to us.

The man in question had reportedly come to the park to retrieve a motorbike when the teenager stopped him and asked the man to present his ticket which proved he owned a motorbike there. Apparently, the boy had been left there for a while by the security guard when the aggressor came in.

“The aggressive man tried forcing the boy to open the parking lot so he could take the bike, but the boy resisted. That’s how the physical scuffle between both broke out and he then tried to kill the boy, were it not for the intervention of Lil Love.” We were informed.

Angered by this barbarism, a crowd quickly surrounded the said man and was about to lynch him. They were however stopped by the mother of the boy, who pleaded with them to let God take care of the issue.

The aggressive man was consequently let go by the population, and the boy, who at the time was unconscious, was taken away for proper medical attention.

Lil Love meanwhile seeks to sensitize Cameroonian parents to maintain a sense of responsibility over their children and keep them off such areas that could land them in trouble.
