Archbishop Jean Mbarga of the metropolitan diocese of Yaounde has called on Christians to remain committed to the faith in the face of coronavirus pandemic that is threatening the world.
Preaching Sunday April 12th 2020 to mark the symbolic resurrection of Jesus Christ from death, the archbishop stresses that Christians that remain to their faith will live to rejoice when the coronavirus pandemic will be over.
He acknowledged the rapid spread of the pandemic, the thousands it has killed already in the world and many more battling for survival on hospital beds but says God’s love for his people remains.
